Grandma takes care of 27 people

Mama Sasa is one of many grandmas taking care of extended families because of HIV/AIDS. Instead of being taken care of in their old age, grandparents are losing their own children to the disease and end up taking care of many grandchildren. The HIV infection status of many is not known, or at least they don't speak about it here as the stigma is so high. Admitting to being infected with HIV is almost more painful than the pain of the disease itself.
