33 United Nations Interagency Games
The legend tells that Zeus was born on Crete, fell in love with Europe, and had three sons one of which was a very powerful and successful king - Minos. Minos is everywhere, and the ruins of the palaces from the Minoneon era will be a very popular visit for both the participants of the games and their companions. But mythology, Zorba the Greek and beautiful scenery (Crete has beautiful beaches and spectacular mountains), are not the only reasons why Crete is an ideal location for the IAG games. Iraklion and hersonissos are the towns in which the games will take place, and boast impeccable sports' infrastructures all of which are all located within a 15/20 minute drive from the hotels. Accommodation is pristine and participants will avail of 4* hotels at unbeatable prices!
