The year 2012 will mark 10 years after the adoption of the Madrid International Plan of Action on Ageing (MIPAA). The Plan is a resource for policy-makers, suggesting ways for governments, nongovernmental organizations and other stakeholders to reorient the ways in which their societies perceive, interact with and care for their older citizens.
