WHO Health Systems Research Strategy
Background on HSR Strategy
The WHO Health Systems Research Strategy will be launched at the Second Global Health Systems Research Symposium in Beijing, China, in November 2012. The development of this strategy has been guided by the Advisory Group in conjunction with consultations with key stakeholders, a WHO Internal Reference Group as well as the Board and the Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) of the Alliance.
Additionally input from partners, stakeholders and the public has been solicited at critical stages of development in order to ensure the relevance of the strategy. At this time, a preliminary outline for the WHO Strategy has been developed based on the initial consultation with the Advisory Group in June 2011.
