Cost-effective interventions for secondary prevention
A programme is being developed in collaboration with Wellcome Trust to help Member States strengthen health care for people with established CVD. The programme supports cost-effective secondary prevention and facilitates policy development and capacity building for scaling-up national secondary prevention programmes.
The objective is to develop context specific, resource-sensitive, model programmes that could be integrated into the health systems of Member States.
