Conducting the Survey, Data Entry, Data Analysis and Reporting and Disseminating Results

The data collection activities to be undertaken by supervisors and interviewers are detailed in the first section of this part, as well as methods for approaching the participants and recording results in the various types of forms.

Sections two provides instructions on data entry, including specific suggestions for the management and supervision of the data entry process. In section three, instructions are given on how to prepare the data for analysis, which covers how to clean and weight the data.

Section four reviews the tasks required to prepare survey reports and disseminate the findings of the survey. Section five provides archiving recommendations.
