Focal points on diabetes at the WHO Regional Offices

The operational structure of the World Health Organization consists of six regional offices covering the work of Member States. It is through this network of branch offices that the Organization is able to plan and coordinate activities within Member countries to address the public health concerns at hand, be it avian flu or cancer.
