From WHO recommendations on antenatal care for a positive pregnancy experience:

  • Vitamin B6 supplementation during pregnancy
  • Vitamin E and C supplementation during pregnancy

  • Restricting caffeine intake during pregnancy
  • Assessment for nutrition-related disorders in women during pregnancy
