WHO field team leader Dr Mamadou Lamine Koné (left) answers questions about Ebola in Koussou, an isolated community a three-hour boat ride away from Luebo. The idea of these outreach activities is to alert communities to the virus transmission risk. It also helps to contain the fear and panic that are often seen with outbreaks of viral haemorrhagic fever.
