Hileni, 36, pictured here, learned she was HIV-positive when she became pregnant in 2004. She took ART during the pregnancy and subsequent breastfeeding, and her child remains HIV-negative. Hileni says she takes the medication "every single day, at 8 o'clock in the morning and 8 o'clock in the evening." She has had no side effects and is feeling well.
