Namibia: expanded antiretroviral treatment shows benefits

Lazarus, 32, shown in the photo, and his wife are HIV-positive. Both have been receiving ART for four years at the Katutura facility, and their three children are HIV-negative. Lazarus has responded well to ART. "My life is good, the treatment is working," he said. Many of his friends, he said, are also infected with the virus.
