SERVING HEALTH NEEDS IN CRISES
WHO and Health Cluster partner UNICEF have vaccinated more than 1 million children aged under five against polio, tetanus and measles during the first round of Child Health Days across Somalia held recently. Some 820 000 women were also provided with an essential package of life-saving health services. But for a second round to take place in other parts of the country, urgent funding is needed.
