Sustaining progress

Kefas Samson, WHO Medical Officer for Swaziland, meets with health staff at the Pigg’s Peak antiretroviral clinic. Quarterly meetings and monitoring visits led by the national TB programme and WHO are organized regularly as part of the WHO-CIDA initiative. The Minister of Health and the national TB programme are committed to sustaining the initiative and scaling up systematic screening in hospitals and HIV clinics.
