Kenya: Electronic record-keeping saves lives

WHO/Evelyn Hockstein

The electronic record-keeping system has increased efficiency by providing staff with up-to-date summaries on each patient's clinical status and standardized, user-friendly data entry forms. Clinical teams at Mosoriot and the other 17 rural health centres are now able to see three times as many patients in a single day as they did before the system was introduced.
