"Elizabeth is six months old today. She is doing really well and now weighs 8 kg," says her mother Hiwot.

"We are celebrating with her father and aunts at our family home in Addis. After some discussion with Elizabeth's father, we eventually agreed that Elizabeth would stay with me."
