Public review - Report on Dietary exposure assessment of veterinary drugs
At its Nineteenth Session, the Codex Committee on Residues of Veterinary Drugs in Foods (CCRVDF) requested that FAO and WHO convene an expert consultation on exposure assessment methodologies for residues of veterinary drugs in foods. FAO and WHO issued a call for data on the consumption of foods of animal origin and organized a meeting of experts in Rome from 8 - 11 November 2011, in parallel with the seventy-fifth meeting of JECFA.
The report prepared by the experts, as well as the report of the stakeholder meeting held on the first day of the workshop, are now open for public comment before publication.
