The Codex Trust Fund Secretariat urges the codex contact points to consult with the national authorities: Ministry of Health, Ministry of Agriculture, and other concerned parties along with the WHO and FAO country offices in order to identify the codex meetings or activities prioritized in 2010. The Codex Contact Point will then submit the application for support approved and signed by all relevant parties before the deadline: 31st of October 2009.

The application for support to Codex meetings as well as the list of eligible countries for the year 2010 will be posted by 10 September 2009.
All applications and queries must be sent by the official Codex Contact Point in the country to the Codex Trust Fund Secretariat using the Trust Fund e-mail (codextrustfund@who.int).
