PhD in Medical Parasitology, graduated in 2002. Member of the Board of Directors of Iranian Society of Parasitology (ISP); Member of the Board of Directors of Iranian Public Health Association; Member of the Board of Directors of Iranian Scientific Association of Clinical Laboratory; Member of WHO's Foodborne disease Burden Epidemiology Reference Group (FERG).
Head of the Laboratory of Helminthiasis Serology, Tehran University of Medical Sciences, Iran.
Head of the project of Indexing of TUMS publications. Member of two international societies of Journalism and Associate Editor of "Iranian J Publ Health" and "Iranian J Parasitol" plus Member of Editorial Board in three Medical Journals.
Author or coauthor of 4 academic books and 30 scientific international publications concerning Medical Helminthology, especially fasciolosis. Supervisor and consultant of more than 20 theses in MSPH and PhD courses. Has presented lectures in more than 45 national and international congresses.
