Stage 1: Filling in a questionnaire
Patients fill in a questionnaire on symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases.
Firstly, doctors help the patients in the Family Medicine Centre of Sagarejo to fill in a questionnaire on symptoms of chronic respiratory diseases, environmental exposure and smoking habits.
Similar questionnaires are used in other pilot projects which are currently taking place in Praia and Saint-Vincent (Cape Verde), Guimaras (the Philippines), and Ryazan (the Russian Federation).
