Gender-based analysis of health statistics
The Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), also the WHO regional office for the Americas, has developed several tools to guide gender-based data analysis to inform policy decisions. These include guidelines for gender-based analysis of health data, developing gender and health profiles, measuring unpaid health care and monitoring gender equity in health policies.
