CFA directory of resources
Introduction
This directory of resources is a planned outcome of the CFA project-"Global strategies to reduce the healthcare burden of craniofacial anomalies". This project is developed in cooperation with the four team leaders to provide a comprehensive collation of resources including patient support groups, organizations, institutes and genetic databases. This directory is currently being developed and will expand in its coverage over time.
