Globally, responding countries have been able to achieve 71% of the attributes required under food safety by year 2013. Americas, South-East Asia, Europe, Eastern Mediterranean, and Western Pacific regions have achieved more than 74% of the required attributes, while Africa has achieved 47% of the required attributes.
