Diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis (DTP3) coverage: In 2010, estimated global coverage with three doses of diphtheria-tetanus-pertussis vaccine increased to 85% compared to 74% in 2000. More infants – an estimated 109 million – were vaccinated than ever before. However, an estimated 19.3 million infants worldwide are still not being reached by routine immunization services. 69% of these children live in ten countries and approximately half of them live in India and Nigeria and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
