IT Projects and Vision 2009 - URL pending
A joint effort of the Department of Information Systems (DoIS) and the Ministry of Health (MoH), this plan was completed in 2009. A project-based approach is used, detailing the creation of an electronic medical records system and a comprehensive infrastructure for inter-ministry and inter-departmental exchange of data. Strong emphasis is placed on promoting modularity, adaptability and usability of health information systems to improve patient care, as well as oversight and governance.
