Montenegro
Montegro's eHealth strategic priorities are included in the Montenegrin Information Society Strategy, published in 2009. They outline plans to create a modern, flexible health information system by: developing basic infrastructure; creating electronic health cards; improving security and technological standards; and creating a unified health information system that integrates existing health and social information systems.
