National E-Health Strategic Plan for 2009–2013 - URL pending
Formulated under the supervision of the eHealth Steering Committee, this is Rwanda’s first eHealth strategy. It describes a high-level plan to develop and implement eHealth infrastructure, applications and information systems in support of healthcare service delivery, and includes a description of key deliverables and a detailed implementation strategy for the five years leading up to 2013.
