    Health situation in Cameroon

    In the Eastern region and Adamawa the security situation is worrying. Since 28 September 19 669 refugees has been consulted in the Eastern Region (average 3000 consultations per week). Among the refugees malaria and IRA were the two leading causes of morbidity, 314 births, 309 trauma cases and 52 deaths (CRF 0.15%) were recorded. Three maternal deaths were reported in communities in informal sites Ndockayo and Mandjou.
