Dead bodies placed in body bags. Tens of thousands of exposed corpses, such as in Banda Aceh, lead to unfounded health concerns. Through the media WHO addresses the myth that dead bodies pose a health risk while acknowledging the psychological implications their presence poses on tsunami survivors.
