WHO Humanitarian Forum
4 December 2009 - Representatives from more than 20 countries, along with UN agencies and NGOs, attended the 2010 WHO Humanitarian Forum on 4 December 2009. Officials praised WHO for its performance and leadership in the humanitarian sector, particularly in its role as Health Cluster leader. Presentations by HAC officials helped describe WHO's activities in emergency response, recovery and preparedness during 2009 and plans for 2010.
