Trainings on Health Action in Crises
WHO's Health Action in Crises department assesses learning needs of its own staff, other international humanitarian health personnel and national partners. We design and deliver courses and workshops on key areas of crises management and public health to meet these needs. We work closely with partners and deliver our training service through our extensive network of regional and country offices.
On average, we run training and learning courses for around 300 people each year. The material that we develop for these courses is disseminated widely.
Many of the core trainings are being converted to self-learning material for wider use.
