Public Health Pre-Deployment Course (PHPD)

Faculty and partners

Course faculty is drawn from a wide pool of humanitarian and public health experts in the different subject areas applied in emergency or crises settings. They come from the UN system, non-governmental organizations and academic institutions. Within WHO, experts from technical departments at headquarters, regional and country offices are also involved. Former course graduates may also be invited to act as resource persons and to reflect on the usefulness of the Course in real-life.
