Country developments
Health financing reforms and actions that bring countries closer to universal coverage can come in many shape and forms, and most importantly, they need to be context specific - blueprints for reaching universal coverage do not exist.
It is important to learn lessons from different countries to generate a sufficient level of evidence on what has worked and not worked in different contexts. This needs constant monitoring and documentation of country developments.
