OASIS Country applications
The OASIS approach has been applied in a number of countries (Nicaragua, Rwanda, Republic of Korea, Cambodia, Uganda, France, Vietnam). In each country, the health financing system review served to get a thorough understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the health financing system and to outline various options that would help the system move towards universal coverage. In some countries, this is also providing the basis for the development of a health financing strategy.
