Cameroon update: HMN Visit 31 July to 4 August 2007
The Republic of Cameroon mission took place over 5 days July 31 through August 4, 2007. The primary focus of this trip was on the strategy and plan for monitoring and evaluation. Meetings were held with a wide range of senior leaders in the Ministry of Public Health (MPH), lead partners and donors. The overall impression is that from Mr. Urbain Olangena, Minister of MPH through all key directorates there is tremendous enthusiasm for health system strengthening in the country.
