High Level Dialogue, Venice, Italy – 23 June, 2009
Initial findings of this collaborative research effort were discussed during a high-level dialogue in Venice, Italy, 22-23 June 2009. The specific objectives of the
2-day high level dialogue were to:
- Present findings and recommendations
- Open dialogue on possible policy implications at country, regional and global levels
- Discuss policy options
Participants are currently finalizing evidence-based recommendations. This process will be concluded in September, and a full report of the meeting published thereafter.
