Alliance Building
It is hoped that within a period of three years or less, HECA will be moving forward in full-force according to a well-defined set of priorities and a comprehensive plan of action—with sufficient resources mobilized, with the roles and responsibilities of members defined, and with coordinated actions at all levels and in all sectors that make a difference to children's health and the environment around the world. In order to reach this goal, it is essential to lay strong foundations and map out an effective alliance-building process.
