Through the International Digest of Health Legislation and the Recueil international de Législation sanitaire WHO ensures the world-wide transfer of information in health legislation. There is an emphasis on priority areas; in particular there are links with specific health related elements of the Millenium Development Goals, HIV/AIDS, TB and other emerging communicable diseases, Maternal and Child Health, Mental Health, Organ Transplantation, Patients' Rights, Right to Health and Environmental Health Law.
