World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance

The World Conference Against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance took place in Durban, South Africa from 31 August to 7 September 2001. WHO made a plenary statement in Durban, as well as a statement during the panel discussion organized by UNAIDS, the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights and WHO on 5 September: "Exploring the link: HIV/AIDS, stigma, discrimination and racism."
