Update on E-book Resources for HINARI Users
- In late 2010, HINARI announced that additional E-books would be added to the programme. These include the Oxford Handbook of Tropical Medicine and other Oxford University Press Books, John Wiley & Sons Current Protocols series and 400 reference works and textbooks from Elsevier Books. During the 1st quarter of 2011, links to these new resources are being added to the ‘Full-text Journals, databases and other resources’ page.
- Previously listed in the ‘Reference Sources’ drop down menu, the links to these numerous E-books now are located in the ‘Find Journals by Titles A-Z’ list. At the top of each alphabetical listing, there are hypertext links to all the applicable E-book titles- under the ‘+BOOK: ‘ label. For a complete listing of the E-books, go to the top of the ‘View complete list of journals’ drop down menu - although this does not have the links to the full-text material.
