Ivan Shekker, 46, has lived through drug use for 20 years, but has been clean for the last five years.

He works for Club Eney, one of the most prominent organizations in Kiev working with injecting drug users. Injecting drug users account for 80% of those living with HIV/AIDS in Ukraine.
