The meeting room is filled with smoke. This is the Club Eney headquarters and a self-help group is in action.

"The main point about Club Eney is that they are well motivated. It comes from their hearts," explains Andriy Klepikov, Director of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance Ukraine. "The fact that this is a peer-led programme makes it one of the most successful in the city."
