Overview
The technical consultation "Elimination of mother-to-child transmission of HIV" was held in Geneva, Switzerland to discuss the overall goal of MTCT elimination, develop technical guidance, and outline a draft framework for goals and monitoring (including indicators, baselines, target-setting, monitoring and reporting), and for an operational framework and action plan to support the elimination of MTCT at the global, regional and country levels.
