Overview
The overall goal of this document is to provide guidance on how to develop and maintain HIV surveillance among populations most at risk for HIV. Ultimately, these surveillance activities should improve the overall understanding of HIV in countries and improve the response to HIV. The guidelines consist of the following sections:
- Introduction
- Plan surveillance of populations most at risk for HIV
- Conduct surveillance of populations most at risk for HIV
- Use the results/Evaluate the surveillance plan.
