This database on HIV/AIDS and the Health Sector collates the most recent country-specific data on the spread and impact of the virus, together with information on risk behaviours (e.g. casual sex and condom use).

U.S. Census Bureau HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data Base

The HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data Base was developed and is maintained by the Health Studies Branch, International Programs Center (IPC), Population Division, U.S. Bureau of the Census, with funds from the U.S. Agency for International Development. It is a compilation of information from those studies appearing in the medical and scientific literature, presented at international conferences, and appearing in the press.

MEASURE/ORC MACRO Demographic and Health Surveys

MEASURE DHS+ assists developing countries worldwide in the collection and use of data to monitor and evaluate population, health, and nutrition programs. Demographic and health surveys provide information on family planning, maternal and child health, child survival, HIV/AIDS/STI, and reproductive health. The STATcompiler is a database with a built-in interface to create customized tables.
