HIV: Work planning and budgeting tool
Overview
The Work Planning and Budgeting Tool has been developed by WHO to assist countries in developing funding applications to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria. The Tool can also be used to develop and cost other plans and proposals as well.
The Tool aims to:
- Facilitate the development of well structured work - plans and accurately costed budgets for Global Fund proposals, and to express these in format s that are acceptable to the Global Fund
- Promote consistency between the work - plan and the detailed budget, and aim to improve the overall quality of Global Fund applications
- Budget an activities-based structure year by year and for the total duration of the project.
