About this site
The HPV Information Centre compiles, processes, and disseminates country-specific information related to HPV and cervical cancer to facilitate global, regional- and country-specific decisions on current and novel options for the prevention of cervical cancer. The Centre provides an efficient web-based communication between the research field, the medical communities and the public health professionals and decision-makers on a worldwide scale. Relevant data on disease burden and associated risk factors, prevention strategies, screening activities, and immunization programmes are available. The Centre incorporates new results as they are produced, with special attention to modelling studies that predict the impact of specific intervention strategies.
