The Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) software application is a tool for using a computer to record, analyze, and report data related to staffing status and requirements at health facilities. The software complements the revised Workload Indicators of Staffing Need (WISN) : User’s Manual. It assumes that the software user is familiar with the terms, concepts, and methodologies presented in it.
This software manual starts with an overview of the software application’s features. It then gives step-by-step instructions for completing a variety of tasks in order to manipulate the data and produce reports.
