WHO Global Health Workforce Statistics
There is a growing need for high quality information on human resources in health systems to inform decision making for policies and programs at the national and international levels. The Human Resources for Health team in WHO collects and compiles cross-nationally comparable data on health workers in all 193 WHO Member States in an effort to serve this need.
