This Technical Briefing discussed the implementation and monitoring the implementation of the WHO Global Code of Practice on the International Recruitment of Health Personnel ("the Code"). The briefing provided Member States and other stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss and engage in a dialogue on challenges and opportunities associated with the Code implementation, monitoring and reporting.
