Financial matters
HRP is funded under a trust fund mechanism administered by WHO. Funds recorded to the HRP Trust Fund, and all expenditure, are kept separate from WHO accounts. The report of the HRP Trust Fund appears in the annex of the audited financial report of WHO, which is submitted at the end of each biennium to the World Health Assembly. At the mid-point of each biennium, an unaudited interim report is presented. The reports below, which are specific to HRP and are presented to the HRP Governing Bodies, are fully consistent with the information on HRP in the WHO financial reports.
